New transcripts for PWC Comic & Sci-Fi Focus have been added to the site. The transcript is for the report from May 18, 2012.

Captain Stoddard isn't a gourmet, but he knows his chili dogs!

Ingredients:


8 hotdogs and hotdog rolls (your favorite brands)
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped (can use canned, but they're not as hot)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1-38 ounce can of Hormel Chili

Place warmed (or grilled) hotdogs in rolls, cover with aluminum foil and place in warm over at 175 degrees. In a medium saucepan cook onion and oil until transparent. Add all the rest of the ingredients (Stoddard never measures, so feel free to be liberal with your favorite ingredients!). Heat chili through, then take warmed hotdogs from the oven, and distribute the chili evenly on all the hotdogs. All these dogs need is a hearty appetite and a cold brew!

After months of fight training, it's finally time to film the upcoming music video series: Mission Park: Rock Fusion. Filming takes place on Saturday, May 19. Details about the location will be revealed after filming is complete.

Cherry Pie has passion for more than just cherries! This banana citrus salad is a perfect desert on a warm summer evening!

Ingredients:


1 grapefruit
2 oranges
1 half lemon
2 bananas
1/4 cup honey
5 maraschino cherries (optional)

Cut grapefruit, oranges and lemon in half and scoop out the fruit with a grapefruit spoon, and place in a large bowl. Peel and slice the bananas into half inch slices and add to citrus fruits in bowl. If you're like Cherry add the maraschino cherries too! Add honey to fruit and mix well. Truly refreshing!
